The Pacific Room features floor-to-ceiling glass windows showcasing breathtaking views over Newcastle Beach. Perfect for conferences, gala dinners, celebrations and cocktail events, this light-filled space accommodates up to 150 guests theatre style, 60 classroom style, 90 banquet style or 130 guests for cocktail functions.

The Promenade Ballroom combines the Promenade Room and Pacific East Room to create a stunning event space with spectacular views over Newcastle Beach. The Promenade Ballroom accommodates up to 180 guests theatre style, 120 banquet style, 90 classroom style or 200 guests for cocktails.
