The Promenade Ballroom combines the Promenade Function Room and the Pacific East Function Room, showcasing a spectacular view looking out over Newcastle Beach. The Promenade Ballroom seats 200 theatre style, 90 classroom style, 200 for cocktails or 140 at round tables. The Promenade Ballroom features wireless and cabled broadband Internet access and two electronic projection screens with ceiling mounted data projectors.
